The kitchen has modern appliances such as a full-size refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, electric kettle and mini electric cooker. In addition, you will have a full set of kitchenware, including cutlery, glasses, cups, jugs, pots, chopping boards, bowls, place mats and basic condiments, all ready to prepare your favourite dishes!
Fully equipped bathrooms
For your convenience, all bathrooms feature hot water, soft towels, high quality toilet paper, fragrant soaps and a hair dryer so you are always spotless.
Entertainment and Comfort in the Living Room
Relax in the living room equipped with an HDTV, where you can enjoy Claro TV, Netflix and Claro Video. To maintain a pleasant atmosphere, I have added a high-powered fan, ideal for cooling the space.

The building has 24-hour reception and security, ensuring you feel at ease at all times. If you arrive by car, underground parking is available and the building is equipped with a lift for your convenience.
Special Details for Your Comfort
During cold days, you will find extra blankets to keep you warm. In addition, you have access to cleaning supplies such as broom, dustpan, bleach and cleaners so you can keep the space to your liking.
